You can check the status of your order below by entering your "Order Number" (found at the top of your order receipt email) and "Last Name" below. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours from the time your order is placed before your order status is active. Your order status as well as any notes from us are located in the top left hand of the status page. Please contact us with any questions or problems. We update order statuses every evening.
Where do I find my order number?
Directly after placing your order online you would have received an automatic email with the subject Your Order From Maui K Inc/MauiKink.com Has Been Received! Directly below the words "Maui K Inc/MauiKink.com - Online Order" is an invoice number, order number and date. Please use the order number listed and last name in the billing section to check your order status above. If you have deleted this email or did not receive this email, please contact us for your order number.
What does my order status mean?
- Order Received: We've received your order and will send a confirmation email shortly, usually within 24-48 hours during normal business hours.
- Payment Processed (CC Orders): We've processed your Credit Card.
- Payment Processed (PayPal Orders): We've received your PayPal payment, Money Order or Check.
- Order Is Being Processed: Your order is being processed. Please note processing times for specific items such as Bondage Ropes. Most non-rope orders (wood items, most custom items) ship within 7-12 business days unless otherwise noted. We update most orders as they are being processed with a scheduled ship date a few days before shipping.
- Order Has Been Sent To Shipping: Your order is being readied and packaged to be shipped. Your order will ship within 24-48 hours.
- Order Has Been Shipped: Your order has been shipped and a tracking number/delivery confirmation number will be available on your order status within 24 hours of shipping.
- Order Delay: There is a delay with your order. Please check your email as we may be waiting for a response from you.
Tracking a Shipped Order
Please note that the shipping companies update their tracking system usually every 24-48 hours, if not sooner. There may be times that they do not update their system until an item is delivered (delivery confirmation)
We drop our shipments off at a bulk mailing facility once each shipping day (usually late afternoon/evening) where they are sorted by carrier and loaded into containers or vehicles where they will head to processing centers on other islands to be processed and shipped to their destination. Express Mail packages are usually dropped off at the local UPS, FedEx and USPS by hand. USPS tracking will indicate "The USPS was electronically notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing" and will occasionally not update the tracking information until the package is delivered. This is because most major metropolitan areas will receive packages within only a few days of mailing and the package won't be scanned at any locations in between. Please be assured, if you've received a shipping confirmation, your package HAS been taken to our mailing facility and is in their hands. USPS Priority Mail arrives within 4-6 business days to most US locations, 8-15 business days internationally and Express packages are shipped by air to arrive within 1-3 business days in the US and 5-8 business days internationally. We update order statuses with tracking information or delivery confirmation numbers at the end of each business day for packages shipped that day.
