Discount Codes, Coupons and Gift Certificates

Gift certificates will be labeled with a code you can input to redeem. Expiration dates will be noted on the gift certificate. Only one gift certificate or discount per order. Discount codes and coupons generally expire one month from receipt unless otherwise noted. Discounts apply to the total order before shipping and any applicable taxes or transaction charges.

Unless a discount code, coupon code or gift certificate specifically states what it can be used for, generally you can redeem for most items on our website. Please note that most discounts codes or free shipping offers can NOT be redeemed for: Hemp Rope Spools, some DIY Supplies, Some Customizations, Dungeon Furniture, some Sale Items (including Surplus Bondage Rope) or Special Offers, Rope Samples or certain Specials and Limited Release items.

On the bottom of our Order Form is a section for customers to input discount codes, coupon codes and gift certificate codes. In order to apply your discount code, coupon or gift certificate, you must enter the code given. Once an order is placed and processed, we can not honor a discount code so be sure to note it on our order form.

For the special "10% Off For Life" discount code we offer, there are no expiration dates. The above rules for how to redeem your discount and what items you can use your discount on apply.

Please note we do not honor multiple discounts or doubling up on discounts with another discount offered - we will honor the largest discount available at the time the order is placed.
